EMR by the Numbers Video

I find it interesting that I was sent another EMR YouTube video. No doubt YouTube can be a great tool for getting the word out, but so far the views on EMR videos are pretty low. However, I must admit that this video by GE Healthcare is much more interesting than the previous meaningful use video I posted. Plus, they focus on physicians number 1 concern: productivity and reimbursement. Take a look for yourself.

I love it: regardless of what company advertised at the end, so much of it is wholesomely informative. The bit about the coffee bought in 1935 make me chuckle, and the points made were excellent, even to the point of challenging the benefits of meaningful use against the overall benefits of an EHR. Thanks for sharing John.

About 30sec addressing ARRA MU incentive out of the 3 minutes in the video. Just about right.
